Returns Eligibility & Process

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. This ensures that every product we offer continues to meet our quality expectations for all customers.

To start a return, please contact us at info@olamjudaica.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without proof of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days. Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable for international orders) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on stock availability. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, particularly if they are personalized, made-to-order, or used. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@olamjudaica.com, including photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
