UK & International Shipping Details

We proudly offer free shipping over £250 across the United Kingdom. Once your order is placed, it is usually processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery across England, Wales, and Scotland generally takes 2–5 working days, while Northern Ireland may take slightly longer, around 3–6 working days, depending on the courier and location. For remote or rural areas, an additional 1–2 days may be required.

For customers outside the UK, we offer a flat international shipping rate of £30. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders to Europe typically arrive within 5–8 working days, while deliveries to other international regions can take approximately 7–12 working days. Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs clearance and local postal services, which are outside of our control.

All orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to keep delays to a minimum.

Tracking, Customs & Support

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at info@olamjudaica.com that includes your tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its progress until delivery.

For international customers, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or delivery issues. Olam Judaica cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
